Orders

All the orders must be received preferentialy written. If orders are transmitted by telephone, we may request a further written confirmation, before starting production. We do not take responsability on the conformity of order for orders transmitted by telephone. If special saw blades are ordered, we can not accept cancellations after 1 day from orders date. In addition, in case of cancellation we reserve the right to ask for reimbursement for the expenses till the moment. In case of special order, we can demand advanced payments as guarantee. Any irregularity in payment authorizes us to cancel totally or partially orders without advance notice.

Delivery and transport

Delivery dates are given in good faith by the seller as an indication of the estimated delivery time, but do not amount to contracutal obligation to deliver at the time stated. Delivery takes place at the seller´s factory (ex-works) with package included, even if seller arranged transport to the buyer. There shall be no liability on the part of the seller for any failure to deliver due to causes beyond seller´s control. All the transport is responsability of the buyer, for its own risk.

Warranty

All our products are controlled with careful on manufacturing. The saw blades that after the first use present the following defects: incorrect resharpening, wrong use, widening of bores or saw blades esposed to incorrect stress, the guarantee is expired.

Specifications and drawings

All illustrations, drawings, etc accompanying our quotation or cointained in our catalogues must be regarded as approximate representations only and are not binding in detail unless stated so to be in our quotation. All measurements and other particulars of the goods offered by us are stated in good faith as being approximately correct, but small deviations therefrom shall not vitiate the contract or be made the basis of any claim against us.

Transfer of ownership

Good supplied remain our property until they are completly paid.

Return of goods

Prior to return of goods a written approval by us is required.

We reserve the right to modify without notice our range of production to improve our product. Place of Jurisdiction is Caxias do Sul – Brazil, the law applicable is the Brazilian law.
